1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.tchambers-craniosacral.co.uk (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2. ADVICE
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.

3. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy reserves the right to:
3.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
3.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

6.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy or that of its employees or agents.

7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

8. SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Booking and Payment

  • The “Case History Form” must be completed online as soon as possible after the receipt of the Booking Confirmation Email, with all sections completed.
  • Full payment is made at the time of booking online.
  • For any additional fees due – Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy accept all major credit cards, BACS Bank Transfer, Pingit payments. We regret Cash & Cheques are NOT accepted.
 

Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy – General Terms and Conditions of booking

Our consultations are open to ALL.

Consultancy bookings are for up to two people or three if attending with a child (unless agreed by prior arrangement) and men or women may attend with any partner of their choice. 

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy:      

If you cancel your appointment (the minimum 20% Booking/Admin fee is retained) the following cancellation policy applies:

Refunds are made via the Stripe payment system, which refunds the card you paid with at booking. This can take a few days to process and show on your card statement.

Cancelling a Clinic Appointment

Please ensure you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation to allow others to take up your appointment slot. Failure to attend without notification will incur the full fee charge.

Re-Scheduling of Clinic Appointment

If the Client becomes unwell and is therefore unable to attend, the cost of the appointment can be moved to a later date at no extra cost. Please try to give 24 hours notice if possible.

Cancellation by Teresa Chambers RCST – Craniosacral Therapy
We reserve the right to cancel any appointments, in case of emergency circumstances. In the unlikely event that this should occur, an alternative appointment will always be made as soon as possible and at your convenience. If the alternative date is not suitable, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
